The hotel stay was part of a surprise trip for my wife's birthday, I sent her to Paris with a friend. I was somewhat uneasy about booking a room over the internet; as this was my wife's first trip abroad. But I must say, the accomadations at the Edouard VII were OUTSTANDING!! The hotel staff were extremely courteous, kind, and helpful to her on her stay. It could not have worked out better! Your service in arranging the stay was flawless.
